  APAR PM29871 fixes the following defects in WebSphere
  Application Server V6.1 for z/OS:

  PM37029 Genterated start_.bat using StartServer "-script"
          parameter fails to start the server.
  PM37079 HTTP channel returns empty response to proxy when server
