  Description of problem:
  
  
  
  An error occurs and the textbox disappears when the behavior of
  a textbox form element changes (say from OPTIONAL to READONLY as
  part of a hook) and if the textbox has 'Auto Horz Scroll'
  enabled.
  
  
  The error message differs between browsers:
  
  Firefox: An error occurred: _290.textbox is undefined
  IE: An error occurred: 'textbox.style' is null or not an object
  
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  
  - Use SAMPL database
  - Check out Schema
  - Set the 'Auto Horz Scroll' property of the 'Description' field
  to checked.
  - Add a Value Changed hook to any field (such as Project). This
  hook would use SetFieldRequirednessForCurrentAction to set the
  behavior for the 'Description' field to READONLY.
  - Add 'Severity' as  web-dependent field of 'Project'
  - Check in the Schema, upgrade database
  - Log in to CQ Web, submit a new Defect - Change the value
  'Project' -? The error occurs and the 'Description' field is now
  gone. This also happens if the field behavior is not changed to
  READONLY but to MANDATORY - in that case submitting the record
  is impossible because the field cannot be filled with a value
  (since it's invisible)
  
  
  
  
  Workaround:
  
  
  Disable 'Auto Horz Scroll' for any textbox form element.

  is set to "Auto Horz Scroll" and a hook is executed to set
