PM49809: Information from RQM RTF sections are not retained correctly in the RPE

Error description

• While Exporting RQM sections with rich text for example ?Test
  Objectives? of a Test Plan or ?Test Case Design? of a Test Case
  the RTF information is not properly retained in the Word output
  from RPE. For example numbered list and billeted list are not
  exported correctly to the RPE output document. You will observe
  unwanted carriage returns within the numbered list and also the
  list will get corrupted.

  When the data passed to RPE contains XHTML rich text, the
  formatting of the published output may not be as expected
  due to carriage return characters.
  

Problem conclusion

• The handling of XHTML data was improved to avoid corruption
  of the output document due to carriage return characters.
