Error description

When viewing source code in RAA, large (approx 5MB) files take
longer than 1 minute to load initially, and popup messages
about a slow-running script appear a few minutes after clicking
a link to go to a line on which a data element is declared.
Also, line numbers longer than 3 digits (>999) were being
truncated.

Local fix

Load source code in a standalone editor, or using a direct file
link in the browser, although this will not give data element
link information.

Problem summary

Large (approx. 5MB) source files were taking minutes to open
and display completely when attempting to view source within
RAA.

Problem conclusion

RAA code was changed to make page more navigable while browser
is still loading it, instead of waiting until all loading and
highlighting and numbering was done before returning control
to end user.  Numbering format change was also made to display
correctly for line numbers above 999.
