  Description.
  A generation error is observed from an existing RUI project
  originally developed with RBD v7.5.x after importing into RBD
  v8.0.1.2 where the migration itself produces no errors.
  
  Example of generation error.
  IWN.VAL.9994.i 1/1 Generating part my_project with build
  descriptor my_projectJavaScriptBuildOptions from file
  \test.com\EGLSource\my_project.eglbld.
  IWN.VAL.4436.e 0/0 The project my_project does not support
  JAX-RPC.
  IWN.VAL.9997.e 0/0 Generation failed for my_project.
  
  This is caused by an invalid validation error being produced
  when generating the .egldd files with a JavaScript build
  descriptor.
