PM49289: Generate symbolic map function for bms files does not allow overwrite of copybook file

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When attempting to overwrite the same copybook file with
  'generate symbolic map' function for BMS files, an error occurs
  to indicate a duplicate file already exists.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Duplicate file names with different case were not being flagged
  as duplicates when generating symbolic map.
  

Problem conclusion

• The copybook generation dialog will now detect duplicate names
  while ignoring case(keeping in theme with how Windows does it).
  
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for System z V8.0.3.1 Fix Pack which
  is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
