  there is the option to view Background or Interactive
  activities. If there is an executing interactive in progress,
  the error:?? SOAPFaultException ? Unable to get interactive
  activities.
  ??com.cognos.portal.fragment.server.SOAPFaultException: Unable
  to get interactive activities??will appear. ??ithin the SOAP
  fault (further below in the stack), the
  error:?java.lang.ClassCastException:
  com.cognos.pogo.pdk.dom4j.Dom4jBodyHandler incompatible with
  com.cognos.pogo.reportservice.ReportServerBodyHandler?can be
