and:
SEVERE: DMH9992E: Unexpected exception in HandleDmh6000
occur during scanning after installing 8/29/2001 6.0.0.4
candidate (not final) driver.

Local fix

Problem summary

The output from calls to DMH6000.exe get logged to
RaaRest.0.0.log.  When running in debug mode, this output can
get very large and not fit in memory.  The Logger class doesn't
have the ability to pipe streams, so the entire output has to go
into memory before it can be logged.  In some cases, memory
was exhausted due to this large output that was being logged.

Problem conclusion

The solution was to limit the output from DMH6000.exe to 1MB.
This should show most immediate issues in RaaRest.0.0.log.  And
the full DMH6000 logs are still present on the server if needed.
