PM48431: Drill-through from PDF do not work when there are multiple pages defined in the report specs and FULL PDF compression is enabled

Error description

• A drill-through originating from a PDF report does NOT work
  (inactive link) when the following conditions are true:??1. The
  report specs have > 1 report page defined. Note that this is not
  the same as one page in the report specs spanning over multiple
  rendered pages. ?AND?2. FULL PDF compression is enabled on the
  ReportService/BatchReportService
