    Attempts to submit a trouble ticket through Rhapsody with a
    CITRIX installation cause the launcher for the Rhapsody install
    to appear.
    
    To workaround the problem.
    Click cancel to the installation dialog box several times to
    display the troubleticket submittal dialog box.
