PM47288: long hyperlinks are broken when exporting to pdf

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When exporting to PDF, if a URL is sufficiently long to wrap
  across more than one line, it will not work as a link.
  
  There are two problems: only the first line is a link; and the
  link the first line points to is invalid. Only the former was
  specifically reported.
  
  To Recreate :
  
   - enter a long URL into object text e.g.
  'http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/doorshlp/v9/topic/com.
  ibm.doors.requirements.doc/topics/t_rpeconfiguremodule.html'
   - export to PDF
   - attempt to follow the link in the pdf.

Problem conclusion
