PM47279: CHANGING LANGUAGE MAPPINGS IN COGCONFIG SHOWS CZECH LANGUAGE FOLDERS IN REPORTSTUDIO

Error description

• To eliminate the possibility of end-users selecting a language
  other than English in Cognos, the choices are restricted by
  removing the relevant entries in "Product Locales" and "Content
  Locales".  Then, the "Product Locale Mappings" and "Content
  Locale Mappings" are altered so that all present languages are
  mapped to "EN" instead.????However, although this only shows
  "English" in the list of available languages in the drop-down,
  doing this also results in the "Functions" folders in
  ReportStudio to be displayed in Czech language instead of
  English.????Is this working as Design Intent or should this
  actually be showing the folders in English?
