Error description

• QCI 3.5.0.0 with QC 10 and DOORS 9.3
  
  Problem
  When synchronizing Tests from QC to DOORS which have associated
  requirements coverage, the links are not created in DOORS.
  
  To Reproduce
  Create a new project in QC, as copy of demo project
  Synchronize some requirements from a DOORS module into QC
  Create tests from these exported requirements in QC - so that
  they are linked to the requirements
  Synchronize tests back from QC to an empty DOORS module
  
  Expected Results
  Links are created from tests back to requirements in DOORS
  
  Actual Results
  No links are created.
  
  Notes
  Reproducing this is inconsistent as some times the links are
  actually created.
