PM46686: Statechart diagram throws errors while using the 'AND Line'

Rational Rhapsody 7.6.1

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Resizing an 'AND state' of a statechart to add another 'AND
  line' results in error messages 'Can't create And line. Some
  states are too small' and 'Bad value found'.
  
  Clicking the resized 'AND state' leads to various graphic
  distortions. Trying to delete the malformed 'AND state'
  leads to a crash.

  Only workaround is to delete the entire state and its
  sub-elements and re-design the state.
