    USERS AFFECTED:
    - Users of the RequisitePro-ClearQuest integration running a
    RequisitePro-ClearQuest batch refresh operation.

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
    - When a batch refresh operation occurs, it loads into memory
more data than it needs when updating the links.
In databases with many requirements this could cause the Batch
Refresh to load too much data and then cause an overflow,
showing an Overflow message in the Batch Refresh log file.

Problem conclusion

  • Batch Refresh code was updated to reduce the amount of data
loaded into memory and prevent an overflow.
The fix for this APAR was included in RequisitePro version
    7.1.1.8, 7.1.2.5 and 7.1.3.1.
