PM46509: REPORT FAILS WITH OP-ERR-0181 FOLLOWED BY XQE-CON-0007 IF MEMBERS ARE REMOVED FROM THE TM1 DATASOURCE

Error description

• A report is run against a TM1 datasource. If someone removes a
  hierarchy member from the cube and the report is rerun, it fails
  with????OP-ERR-0181 At least one invalid member reference was
  encountered in thre query.
  '[x1].[x2].[x3]->:[TM].[x2].[x3].{@MEMBER].[10220]'????which is
  to be expected but, on clicking OK, it then
  issues...????XQE-CON-0007 XQE error encountered: XMD-ERR-0001
  Query execution failed. The data provider returned an error
  message: XQE-EXE-0004 QFWBridge has returned an error:
  TM1-ERR-0001 The MDX ????query submitted to TM1 server failed
  during execution. The TM1 error code is 85. The TM1 error
  message is "SystemServerConnectionInvalid".????XQE-CON-0007 XQE
  error encountered: XMD-MET-0004 Metadata query execution failed.
  The data provider returned an error message: XQE-EXE-0004
  QFWBridge has returned an error: PCA-ERR-????0001 There is a
  PCMDDS internal error at "tm1odpCube.cpp":"292".????This only
  happens if DQM is enabled.
