Error description

• APAR Description:
  While an IBM Rational ClearCase MultiSite Multitool mkreplica
  -export is running other ClearCase operations (such as describe
  and lsepoch) will fail with a time out error.
  
  One or more of the following errors will be seen in the
  ClearCase logs.
  
  Error: Database timed out -- aborting transaction
  CRRDM0656E *** db_VISTA database error -926 - problem in shared
  memory lock manager: Process 2423 timed out waiting for lock.
  msadm_server(11194)' waited 624 seconds for a 'r' lock in the
  usual area
  
  To reproduce:
  The cause is under investigation and no reproduction scenario is
  known at this time.
  
  WORKAROUND
  When the syncreplica export finishes the ClearCase operations
  will return to normal.

• A fix is available in ClearCase versions 7.1.1.8, 7.1.2.5
  and 8.0.0.1.
