Error description

• Opening a static file in a static project can display incorrect
  file contents under specific conditions.
  
  Each of these conditions must be true for this to happen:
  1. The static project has workarea maintenance enabled.
  2. The static project's workarea is identical to an existing
  non-static project's workarea. This condition can be the result
  of both projects not having project-specific directories
  included in the workarea path, or both projects having identical
  project-specific directories included (e.g.
  project_subdir_template = %release).
  3. The non-static project is synced to the workarea path; the
  non-static project is not synced.
  
  In this situation, double-clicking a file in the static project
  will open the file found in the non-static project's work area,
  which may or may not represent the same version of the file.
