Problem summary

• Compiler Based Scanner's (CBS's) preprocessor(DMHSVPPM) tries
  
  to include the file which is really commented out, if it is in
  
  enhanced CBS mode.
  

Problem conclusion

• RAA code change to the tokenizer function which is used to
  
  parse the given COBOL file was made to correctly take care of
  
  COBOL's comment to process EXEC SQL.
