PM46313: SERVER: When the Executive Viewer Server would go out-of-memory the Server does not cleanup the memory.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In out of memory situations, Executive Viewer Server does not
  free up memory that has been allocated during the request that
  caused the out of memory situation.  This will increase the
  chance that subsequent requests will fail until EV Server is
  restarted.  Detecting out of memory situations and properly
  freeing memory in those situations would improve system
  stability.
