Local fix
Problem summary
Unable to author rules after importing a full pzn workspace using pznload. Importing a full pzn workspace using pznload process where the uuid's are different in source and target is causing the removal of property values from records within the .personalization folder.
Problem conclusion
Properly manage the pznload import of pzn objects when uuid's are different.
