Local fix

Problem summary

  • Unable to author rules after importing a full pzn workspace
    using pznload.
    
    Importing a full pzn workspace using pznload process where the
    uuid's are different in source and target is causing the removal
    of property values from records within the .personalization
    folder.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Properly manage the pznload import of pzn objects when uuid's
    are different.
