APAR status

Error description

• In ClearQuest Web 7.1.2.3 the user moved, using the mouse drag
  and drop, a report format and a report folder to a newly created
  empty parent folder, so they would become sub-folders of that
  new folder.
  
  The reports and report formats went missing. When the user
  checked on the ClearQuest Client, the formats were missing, too.
  
  Finally the user checked the back-end database bucket and the
  formats were not there, the user reported the move deleted the
  report and report formats for good.
  
  This could be reproduced in 7.1.2 and 7.1.2.3 ClearQuest Web
  interface.
