PM45765: JULY AND NOVEMBER MONTH CAN NOT BE SELECTED FROM DATE PROMPT IN THAI LOCALE

Error description

• Customer created a report(Thai locale) in which a date prompt is
  being used. When user tries to select July and November month,
  it automatically gets converted into February and May month
  respectively. Due to which Customer is not able to select the
  required dates. The issue happens when the 'SelectUI' property
  of date prompt is "Edit Box".?
