PM45764: SEARCH & SELECT PROMPT CAN BE USED EVEN WHEN REQUIRED CASCADE PROMPT HAS NO SELECTION MADE

Error description

• Issue is that the "Search & Select" prompt is available for use
  as part of a cascading prompt even when the required cascade
  source prompts have not had a value selected.????????If a
  "Search & Select" prompt is used as part of a cascading prompt
  setup it should not be available to use until the required
  cascaded prompt has a selection made.????????In this example
  there are 3 prompts:????1. Prod Line ( list prompt )??2. Prod
  Type ( list prompt )??3. Prod Number ( Search & Select prompt
  )????Prod Type only becomes available for use after a value from
  Prod Line is selected.????Prod Number should NOT be available
  until Prod Type has a value selected.????However, as soon as the
  prompt page is load the Prod Number prompt is available for
  use.????????
