Error description

• When you click the 'add' button in the 'upload attachment'
  WITHOUT putting a file, two things happens:
  1) you cannot delete the 'blank' attachment entry from the
  attachments list
  2) you get the following error message when saving the record:
  
  CRVAP0075E After completion of the 'ServerPropPatch' operation,
  not all resources were delivered as requested. CRVSV0187E Record
  has invalid field values. CRVAP0290E CRMUD0073E This pathname
  only includes directory segments, it must include a filename as
  well: C:\Program
  Files\IBM\RationalSDLC\common\CM\profiles\cmprofile\temp\dfltNod
  e\server1\TeamEAR\cqweb.war\

  When CQ Web 7.1.x users click the "add" button in an
  attachment field and do NOT enter a file name, the following
  two things occur:
  
  1) they cannot delete the "blank" attachment entry from the

  2) they get a  CRVAP0075E in "ServerPropPatch" error message
  when saving the record.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 7.1.2.5 and 8.0.0.1
