PM45468: THE LOGON / LOGOFF IS NOT RECORDED IN THE COGIPF_USERLOGON TABLE

Error description

• The client has noticed that when a scheduled report runs, the
  owner of the schedule is not properly recorded in the
  COGIPF_USERLOGON audit table correctly.  When the schedule is
  kicked off the owner of it should be seen to login and then
  logout when it completes.  The logoff is recorded when the
  schedule completes, but the logon is not recorded.??The client
  further notes that in Cognos 8.3 FP5 when a schedule fires the
  COGIPF_USERLOGON table records the logon / logoff properly.?
