PM45208: QE-DEF-0260 PARSING ERROR BEFORE OF NEAR POSITION : FOLLOWING UPGRADE FROM 8.2 TO 8.4

APAR status

• Closed as unreproducible in next release.

Error description

• Reports which filter on a list of values fail when upgraded from
  8.2 to 8.4. The problem occurs if the Design language of the
  Framework Manager project is different to the Report language
  used when designing the report and the languages have different
  list separator characters.
  

Local fix

• Open the package in Framework Manager. Add English as a project
  language and also add it to the package. Republish the package.
  The reports will now run without error.
