PM45043: RMC:7.5.1.1 unable to use Assign button in Custom Category

Rational Method Composer Fix Pack 2 (7.5.1.2) for version 7.5.1

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Unable to use the Assign button in custom categories.
  This is caused by a data error in the library: the library has a
  circular plugin reference (plugin operacao.servicos has itself
  as a base plugin).  To fix the error, use the text editor to
  remove this line in the 'plugin.xmi' file of 'operacao.servicos'
  plugin: (the 3rd line counting from the end of the file):
  ?bases href='#_HszMoKwPEeCXw95mY3z2tg'/?
  
  We created this APAR to improve the tool in rmc7.5.1.2 to better
  handle corner case like this.
  (1) Prevent circular plugin dependency in first place. The tool
  has already placed checks to prevent this from happening - but
  there may be still some corner case that this can happen - we
  will double check and fix it.
  (2) Allow 'Assign' button to work even if there is circular
  dependency.
