• Environment:
  - Microsoft Windows XP SP1/2
      - IBM Rational Business Developer 7.5.1.5
  
  Description of problem:
  After import of preferences the JDBC driver drop down list is
  empty on the new database connection wizard
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1) Start Rational Business Developer (RBD) or Rational
  Application Developer (RAD)
  2) Export all preferences into a file
  3) Close RBD or RAD in a new workspace
  4) Import the preferences fie created in step 2
  5) Open Data Dev perspective, right-click on Database
  Connections
  
  The resulting JDBC Driver field drop down list is empty
  

Local fix

  When exporting and then importing the workspace preferences,

Problem conclusion

• The driver list is no longer cleared when importing
