PM44810: Unable to change type of constructor argument on the 'Constructor Arguments' window

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When adding a constructor to a class via the context menu, if
  you click 'Add' and create a new argument on the Constructor
  Arguments window, and subsequently click 'Modify' you are not
  able to change the type of the argument. If you enter a valid
  type manually, you get the error 'The type is illegal'
