Error description

  • Description

When publishing multiple UPIA models, the index page appears
correctly displaying the models, but the links on that page
incorrectly point to only one model.

    Steps To reproduce the issue:
    1. Create a new UML Modeling project
    2. Add a UPIA model.
    3. Add some classes and content to the model
    4. Create another UPIA model
5 Add some classes and content to the model.
    6. Web publish both model via a ctrl-click selection of the
    models.

Once the publish completes, notice that the main page has URLs
for both models but navigating to each will show that the URL is
    the same.

To workaround this issue when creating new models,
create a new empty model first using the template, then create
another model using the Existing Model method in the New Model
    Wizard.

To correct the problem with current models, use the template to
create an empty UPIA model, next create a new model using the
Existing Model method in the New Model Wizard. Finally,
Refactor ? Move to move the entire contents from the original
    model to the new model.

Same guid for different UPIA models is causing it be
    redirected to same published page.

Problem conclusion

  • This problem is happening due to same guid for two different
UPIA models. If we create separate guids during resource
    creation, problem is solved.
