PM44570: Custom notification template not being used or used twice

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When creating a custom notification template in Build Forge the
  text put into the translation notification details description
  is being auto filled in as the notification type of the entire
  template.    This means that the notification type is never used
  and the notification is never triggered.

  The UI shows description of the custom template as the
  notification type in the template details view. The selected
  template in the UI was incorrect.
  

Problem conclusion

• The UI display issue is fixed and custom notification
  template is now sent out according to user's setting.
