PM44428: CROSSTAB COLUMN HEADER IN CSV REPORT SHIFTED WHEN RSVP.CSV.REPEAT_XTAB_LABELS IS SET TO TRUE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Crosstab column header in CSV report shifted when
  RSVP.CSV.REPEAT_XTAB_LABELS for report service is set to true.
  It appears that the issue happens when nested edge summary is
  inserted to the crosstab.   Also reported to happen without edge
  summaries when edges contains nested items and some of the
  crosstab columns contains only empty measure values (null).  See
  the attached testcase for more detail.   (Environment) Cognos BI
  10.1 + FP1 -- reproduced.
  

Local fix

• Do not set the property for Report Service.
