APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Expected behavior: If an element contains a description and the
  element isshown in a diagram you will get displayed the
  description of the element with the mouse over event.
  
  Deviation: If the description contains the '?' character, the
  description isn't shown.
  
  Example:
  1.jpg -? description is shown
  2.jpg -? change of decription ? was added
  3.jpg -? description isn't shown anymore.
