• Customer is seeing all batch reports fail with the following
  error if they run longer than the CAM timeout (in their
  environment set to 15 minutes/900 seconds):??RSV-AOM-0011 No
  namespace definition exists in the scope for the xml namespace
  prefix 'SOAP-ENC' used in the xsi:type attribute on the
  'dispatcherTransportVars' element. RSV-CM-0007 An error occurred
  while trying to add run history detail information. RSV-AOM-0011
  No namespace definition exists in the scope for the xml
  namespace prefix 'SOAP-ENC' used in the xsi:type attribute on
