PM43820: Rational Developer for System z BMS editor edit structure remove/add to same field causes error

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Rational Developer for System z (RDz) BMS editor gives error
  CRRZB0448W when doing an edit structure.  If you remove a field
  and then add a field that is either the same length or less than
  the one removed, the error message CRRZB0448W: The field
  positions specified will cause overlapping.
  
  Workaround is to edit the field instead of doing a remove and
  then an add.

Problem conclusion

• Issue resolved so now users can delete a field in the structure
  and add another back in the same position.
