  In a large workspace, after making minor changes to EGL parts:
  a)
  adding new method b) changing existing method; c) adding new
  
  RUIHandler, RBD triggers a massive re-build which can take in
  some
  cases hours. In addition, the rebuilds leave the workspace in
  unstable
  state, which forces us to do yet another clean rebuild of the
  entire
  workspace. This occurs with both RUI projects (deployed as
  JavaScript)
  and standard EGL projects (deployed as Java). In many cases, the
  
  changes are being confused as structural changes even though
  these
  changes should only be impacting the local methods or the parts.

Problem conclusion
