PM43614: selecting specific components for linux install doesn't isntall those components

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In the linux installer, after the license agreement is a step
  asking you to select which components you wish to install.
  
  There are only 2 components: 1) the server; and 2) 'Interface
  Services'
  
  You are told that a comma seperated list of numbers can be
  supplied to select/deselect components.
  
  The following are, roughly, what got installed when selecting
  each of the options:
  
  1 Only: nothing
  2 Only: both components
  1, 2: Interface services only
  Default (Enter): Server Only
