PM43613: Friendsconfig.rdf goes blank at DWA startup. This is causing Internal error while navigating a link to RTC from DWA

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Friendsconfig.rdf file is overwritten when DWA is restarted ,
  This leads to Invalid Oauth Domain in the interop log. While
  hovering over a Link to  RTC from DWA an 'internal error' is
  displayed.

  this seems to be machines specific , has been reproduced on
  multiple machines in Japanese Environment.
