  Is the problem reproducible? What are the steps?
  Yes. Using the client's model I followed the following steps:
  
  1. Open activity diagram in usecase_12, enter Ctrl_A followed by
  Ctrl-C
  2. Create and open a new activity diagram under usecase_12 and
  enter
  Ctrl-V to paste the activity in usecase_12 on the new diagram
  3. At this point Rhapsody should crash.
