Error description

• When use has Traverse permissions only on the top level data
  sources directory and Read / Execute / Traverse permissions on
  data source itself, the user will be unable to run any report
  that uses the data source.  ??Error Message:?QE-DEF-0288 Unable
  to find the data source <Data Source Name> in the content store.
  

Local fix

• Set properties - Cognos (Data source directory) User permissions
   = Execute / Traverse.
