Error description

• External trace relationships may still appear visible in ReqWeb
  after being deleted.  Refreshing the browser (refresh/F5) fixes
  the display problem.

  Users Affected: Users of RequisiteWeb creating and deleting
  traceability relationships in a short period of time.
  Problem Description: When RequisiteWeb deletes the
  relationship it does not have all the information of the
  external requirement so it can not tell that it has been
  updated and it does not create a revision for the external
  requirement. This causes that a refresh is required for the
  change to be shown.
  

Problem conclusion

• RequisiteWeb code was updated to load the required
  information of the external requirement before deleting the
  trace, so the revision is created and no refresh is needed
  to show the change.
  The fix for this APAR was included in RequisitePro version
  7.1.1.7 and 7.1.2.4.
