PM42998: When a parent listbox value has a trailing space, sublistbox values are not displayed

Error description

• When a parent listbox value has a trailing space, sublistbox
  values are not displayed.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1. Browse to the Listbox Manager Tab.
  
  2. Select an attribute which is a known Parent Listbox. For
  example 'Product Subsystem'.
  
  3. Add a value with a trailing space.
  
  4. Select an attribute which is a Sublistbox of the attribute
  chosen in step 2. For example, 'Component'.
  
  5. Select the Parent Listbox value to be the one created in Step
  3 and add a number of values.
  
  6. Save the changes, and load the configuration data.
  
  7. Using Mozilla Firefox, log in to Change as a user and choose
  'Submit New CR', where the submission form contains the Parent
  and Sublistboxes.
  
  8. In the Parent Listbox, choose the the value created in a step
  3.
  
  
  Expected Results:
  
  The values created in step 5 should now be displayed in the
  Sublistbox.
  
  
  Actual Results:
  
  The values created in step 5 are not displayed. Only the default
  'Any' is displayed.
  
  
  Workaround:
  
  Using Internet Explorer.
  
  
  Notes:
  
  - Even when a trailing space is added, the Listbox manager does
  not display it after.
  
  - The trailing space is only visible in the pt_listbox.cfg.
  
  - This issue does not occur in Microsoft Internet Explorer.
  
  - This issue is known to occur in Mozilla Firefox and Google
  Chrome.
