APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If an object's security tab has been opened in the Synergy GUI,
  it's information appears to be cached.  Changing the object's
  security settings via CLI or plugin will not result in the
  security tab getting updated.
  
  Restarting the Synergy GUI will cause the data in the tab to get
  refreshed.
