Rational Rhapsody Fix Pack 1 (7.6.0.1) for 7.6

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• At the end of the installation of Rhapsody 7.6, you may receive
  a series of error windows related
  to the registering of reporterplus dll files along with other
  dlls..
  
  When user tried to bring up Rhapsody 7.6, user got an error that
  it failed to start.
  (Errors attached)
  
  The solution is to install Visual Studio 2008 SP1
  redistributables prior to installing Rhapsody. The Rhapsody
  installation will install the Visual Studio 2008 SP1
  redistributables if the install script does not find it.
  However, this is prone to errors if the registry is not 'clean'.
  
  Rhapsody should find a way to resolve this and not have the user
  go through an installation that will fail.
