PM42408: SCROLL LEFT AND RIGHT STOP WORKING IN MULTIPAGE PORTLETS

Error description

• If have a large multipage portlet (with a lot of Cognos viewer
  portlets pointing to reports in the folder ????structure), the
  scroll left and scroll right buttons can stop working. Sometimes
  (but not always) this ????behaviour is accompanied by an error
  in the browser. Reproducible in IE 7 and 8. ????Line: 94??Char:
  2??Error: 'name' is null or not an object??Code: 0??URL: shown
  in screenshots (can't copy and paste). ????Workaround: click on
  another portal page and come back to the one with the problem.
