APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Problem happened in ICBC production environment during a
netbanking
  transaction. A TIMEOUT occurs (DB2 table resource not
available) when
  Service Delivery CICS program calling Personal CICS program by
DPL.
Thus
  DB2 ROLLBACK happened which cause the  "EXEC CICS SYNCPOINT"
in
Personal
  CICS transaction turned to "ROLLBACK NOHANLE".  The RESPONSE
is
INVREQ
  as  DPL not adding SYNCONRETURN parameter  in Service Delivery
CICS
  program, meanwhile EGL added RESPONSE parameter in the
SYSCPONIT so
the
  HANDLE was ineffective and turned to NOHANDLE, finally the
program
was
  not capture this exception.
