• Closed as program error.

Error description

• An abend0c7 occurs when storage is initialized to x'ff' or x'fe'
  and the program is compiled with RTCHECK(NULLPTR).

Problem conclusion

• The optimizer has been fixed so this problem will not occur.
  Also, the RTCHECK option should be used only if ARCH is 8 or
  greater
