Error description

• Rational Developer for System z (RDz) SCLM ARCHDEF 'Populate
  Project Filtered' view returns only the Top-level Archdef member
  in the SCLM Developer View.  This problem occurred after
  upgrading to v8.0.1 from v7.6.
  
  Possible workaround was to add the following statement to the
  RSED.ENVVARS:
   #=============================
   # (6) additional environment variables
   #=============================
   _SCLMDT_POPULATE=V76
  
  However, this workaround was not sufficient.
