PM41803: ISB CALCULATES WHEN SELECTING AN ELEMENT

Error description

• If you open an ISB-view and you have some header dimensions in
  this view and select c-elements from some header dimensions, the
  Stargate-view will be calculated when an e.g. a c-element is
  selected from the Subset Editor.??The whole view should be
  calculated when the ISB-view will be recalculated as the
  CubeViewer does it.??
